Sumadhura The Olympus

Sumadhura The Olympus is one of the tallest ongoing projects in Gachibowli Hyderabad. Sumadhura Group, in partnership with Vasavi Group, has started work on two 44-story tall high rise building in Gachibowli. This highest residential structure will have a total of 854 luxury units, with 3 BHK and 3.5 BHK apartments ranging in size from 1670 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft. Sumadhura The Olympus offers west and east facing 3.5 and 3BHK units. The consortium would invest 1000 crores in this high rise residential Olympus project, with the majority of the funds coming from internal accruals and customer advances. The project, which spans 5.06 acres in the coveted Financial District neighbourhood, near to the renowned Waverock IT SEZ, has a total saleable area of roughly 2 million square feet. Sumadhura Group has started construction on its 44-story residential towers in Gachibowli/Nanakramguda, Hyderabad's IT hub and Financial District, in conjunction with Vasavi Group. The project would feature a built-up area of 2 million sq.ft. It is expected to be finished in December 2025. Sumadhura has thus far supplied eight million square feet, with another seven million square feet currently under development and another five million square feet in the planning stage. It plans to open an additional six million square feet with a 2,000 crore investment in the following three to four quarters.
